Brewer Morris are supporting a global, high-growth business services organisation in the search for a Treasury Associate to join their established EMEA team based in London.

This opportunity would suit an individual with treasury, cash management, or finance operations experience who is looking to develop within a fast-paced international environment. The successful candidate will work closely with treasury colleagues and key stakeholders across Europe, supporting banking activities, reporting, compliance, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple currency accounts.
  • Post and monitor daily banking transactions.
  • Manage standing orders, direct debits, and payment tracking.
  • Maintain bank mandates and support account administration.
  • Support month-end reporting and treasury-related reconciliations.
  • Provide information to auditors, accountants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with treasury compliance requirements and bid bond administration.
  • Support treasury projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the UK, Europe, and international offices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within treasury, cash management, banking operations, or a similar finance function.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger processes.
  • Strong reconciliation experience and attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
