Stephanie joins our established Treasury team operating from our London office. Stephanie focuses on recruiting junior to mid-senior level Treasury professionals across the Banking and Financial Services, Commerce and Industry, and Professional Services sectors. Stephanie’s approach is rooted on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure they feel they are being represented through a trusted partner, and that their individual and the company’s best interests are prioritised during the recruitment process. In addition to supporting her clients and candidates with recruitment, Stephanie advises on market trends, salary benchmarking and talent management strategies.
