We’re partnered with a high-growth manufacturing organization on a Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions hire, to support an active and strategic acquisition program. This position offers strong visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in evaluating, executing, and integrating transactions.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and research new acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation modeling, and strategic fit assessment
  • Support end-to-end deal execution: LOI through close and post-acquisition integration
  • Build financial models, investment cases, and diligence materials
  • Coordinate and manage multiple transactions simultaneously across various stages
  • Partner cross-functionally to support deal execution and integration planning
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence on key market players
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA desired
  • 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory, (FDD), corporate development, M&A or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

  • Travel required (2-4 times a year expected, at most)
  • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a preference
