Chief Financial Officer
We are supporting a Dubai-based private family office in the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer, as it transitions from an outsourced structure and establishes its finance function in-house.
The family office oversees a significant international portfolio spanning real estate, operating businesses and liquid investments, across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
The CFO will be responsible for:
- Leading the transition of the finance function in-house and building the supporting team
- Taking full ownership of accounting, reporting, controls and treasury
- Managing relationships with international private banks and external advisers
- Overseeing multiple corporate structures across different jurisdictions
- Reviewing real estate investments, acquisitions and financial models
- Strengthening financial systems, reporting and processes
- Acting as the principal’s key point of contact across financial matters
We are looking for a qualified accountant, likely 10-15+ years PQE, who combines strong technical and commercial capability with a hands-on approach. Experience across private banking, treasury, multi-entity structures and investments will be particularly relevant. Family office experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating autonomously, building a function from the ground up and working closely with a private principal.
