Chief Financial Officer
We are supporting a leading specialty medical care platform in the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer, following its recent acquisition by a prominent regional family group.
This is a significant leadership mandate with responsibility for the finance function across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and transformation.
The CFO will be responsible for:
- Leading the finance and accounting functions across UAE and KSA
- Restructuring and professionalising the finance organisation, processes and controls
- Supporting the shareholders and leadership team on growth strategy and investment decisions
- Driving financial transformation, performance management and commercial discipline
- Building the financial infrastructure required to support continued expansion
- Acting as a key partner to the CEO and shareholders
We are looking for an experienced CFO or senior finance leader with a strong track record in healthcare, specialty medical care or another multi-site consumer-facing environment, ideally with experience across the GCC.
