We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role will be responsible for managing U.S. and international tax compliance, tax forecasting, tax accounting activities, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical tax expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review U.S. federal and state income tax forecasts for corporate and partnership entities.
  • Manage U.S. and international tax compliance processes in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Oversee tax filing calendars, ensuring timely completion of returns, estimates, and extensions.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax provision activities, including provision-to-return processes.
  • Prepare and maintain cash tax forecasts and contribute to global tax forecasting efforts.
  • Assist with income tax disclosures for financial reporting.
  • Monitor transfer pricing calculations and intercompany transactions.
  • Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvement and tax technology initiatives.
  • Conduct tax research and support reporting, audit, and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in special projects, including acquisitions, integrations, and system implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • 5+ years of corporate tax and/or public accounting tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation.
  • Experience with international tax reporting and ASC 740 tax provisions.
  • Understanding of transfer pricing principles and intercompany transactions.
  • Experience with tax technology and ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative environment.
