Treasury Manager

London (3 days in office)

£60,000 – £80,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast-evolving financial services business, undergoing significant transformation under a recently appointed CFO.

This role is a permanent strategic hire, reflecting a long-term investment in the treasury function.

You will play a central role in both:

  • Treasury transformation projects
  • Day-to-day treasury operations as the role evolves

Over the next 12 months, the position will move from project-focused work into a more operationally embedded treasury role, offering excellent progression and breadth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support cashflow forecasting and liquidity reporting across the Group
  • Partner with FP&A on forecasting, covenant compliance and planning
  • Support banking relationships and infrastructure changes, including ongoing migration initiatives
  • Contribute to major systems and transformation projects, including TMS implementation and reporting enhancements
  • Assist with day-to-day cash management and treasury operations across multiple regions

Key Projects:

  • Banking migration (UK, US & international entities)
  • TMS implementation (early stage to automated environment)
  • Finance systems transformation (including AI and automation initiatives)

The client is open across two levels:

£60k-£70k

  • Strong Senior Treasury Analyst or early-stage Treasury Manager
  • Looking to step up into a broader, more dynamic role

£70k-£80k

  • More experienced Treasury professional
  • Exposure to systems, transformation or change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in treasury operations, cash management and forecasting
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical capability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and commercially mindset
