As the Tax Reporting Manager, you will report to the Tax Compliance and Tax Reporting Director and work alongside 5 others in the UK tax team. A few of your responsibilities include:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax provisions, tax journals and FIN 48 analyses.
  • Coordinate the Group’s Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Public CbCR obligations.
  • Manage the Group’s OECD Pillar Two compliance using the Orbitax platform, including GloBE calculations and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation and technology.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior members of the tax team.

This role also offers broader tax opportunities during quieter periods as the tax team work collaboratively and the Director is keen to aid your professional development.

To be considered for this position, you should be ACA, CTA, or ACCA qualified with either IFRS or US GAAP tax reporting experience.
