Senior Finance Director of Operations
A leading global healthcare organisation is seeking a Director / Senior Director of Finance Operations to lead controllership, governance, and finance operations across the EMEA region. This is a high-profile leadership role with a strong focus on finance transformation, automation and AI-driven process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Significant experience leading Finance Operations, Controllership or Regional Finance functions within a multinational organisation.
- A strong track record of delivering large-scale finance transformation projects, including ERP, automation, or operating model redesign initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, compliance, and audit management.
- Experience working within Global Business Services or Shared Services environments.
- Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed finance teams within a matrix structure.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
Candidate Profile
You will be an experienced finance leader with a strong background in finance operations, controllership, and large-scale transformation within a multinational environment. Experience of shared services, automation and AI-enabled finance solutions is highly desirable.
