I’m currently partnered with a large, global manufacturer on a new Senior Accountant hire for their Corporate Finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting global consolidation efforts and interacting across multiple business units.

What You’ll Do

As part of the corporate accounting function, you will play a key role in financial reporting and consolidation activities, including:

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Analyze financial results and provide insightful variance analysis to leadership
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including periodic projections
  • Contribute to external reporting requirements, including preparation of disclosures and support for SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K)
  • Partner with auditors and maintain SOX compliance documentation for close processes
  • Drive improvements in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or public company environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or a multi-entity/global organization is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Systems-savvy, with exposure to ERP and financial reporting tools (OneStream or similar is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
