  • Provide strategic advice on personal tax planning, shareholder matters, business succession and transaction-related tax issues.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings.
  • Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects from initial scoping through to implementation.
  • Work closely with colleagues across corporate tax, transaction services, legal and wealth advisory teams to provide integrated advice.
  • Support business development activities, including networking, proposal preparation and identifying new opportunities.
  • Mentor, coach and develop members of the wider team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee project profitability, budgeting, billing and work-in-progress management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market developments and legislative changes affecting private clients.
About You
You will be an experienced private client tax professional with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong technical grounding in UK personal tax and private client advisory work.
Experience
  • Extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and shareholders.
  • Strong knowledge of succession planning, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and shareholder tax planning.
  • Experience advising clients in connection with corporate transactions, exits and reorganisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex advisory projects and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of winning and developing client relationships and generating advisory opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to engage with business owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • The ability to balance technical excellence with practical, client-focused solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing those around you.
  • Energy, drive and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Why Join?
  • Exposure to complex and high-value advisory work.
  • Opportunity to work with a prestigious client base.
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing team.
  • Supportive and collaborative culture.
  • Flexible and hybrid working environment.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
