This global fintech company has an opening for an Indirect Tax Manager to join the department on an interim basis.

In this role, you will assume the responsibilities as follows:

    • Assist with the indirect tax compliance obligations in the EMEA, including managing relationships with external compliance service providers and reviewing indirect tax returns prepared by external service providers or in-house tax accountants.
    • Manage and coach two in-house tax accountants
    • Assist with tax audits
    • Reconcile tax balances and post appropriate journal entries
    • Support commercial developments by partnering with different areas of the organisation including Legal, Billing, Finance, Accounting, Pricing, and commercial teams.
    • Support ongoing integration work-streams, including VAT grouping, advising on VAT impact, and ERP migration.

Sucessful candidates will have

    • At least six years of indirect tax experience
    • Financial services / partial exemption experience
    • Oracle ERP migration and Alyeryx experience is a plus but not required.

This role will ideally commence in November and will be for an initial 7 month period. A hybrid working arrangement will be on offer for this role.
