Manager, Indirect Tax Technology | Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

🚨 Tax Technology Leadership Opportunity 🚨

I’m currently supporting a search for a Manager, Indirect Tax Technology to join a growing Tax Shared Services organisation undergoing significant transformation. This role will play a key part in the evolution of tax technology, automation, and ERP integration initiatives.

📍 Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

🏢 Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing

💻 Focus: Vertex, SAP & Tax Technology

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Serve as the primary resource for indirect tax technology initiatives

✅ Support and optimise Vertex O Series and related tax applications

✅ Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders

✅ Support ERP integration, configuration, testing, and enhancement projects

✅ Develop reporting, analytics, and tax technology controls

✅ Improve automation, scalability, and process efficiency across the tax function

✅ Investigate and resolve tax calculation and system issues

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong Vertex O Series experience

✔ SAP experience and understanding of ERP integrations

✔ Tax technology, indirect tax, or ERP-focused background

✔ Ability to bridge technical and business requirements

✔ Experience with process improvement and systems transformation

✔ Consulting, manufacturing, construction, or large corporate experience is a plus
