An exciting opportunity with a well-known global organisation that would be a great first move in-house for the right person. The role is predominately focused on expatriate tax compliance with some advisory and employment tax work involved too. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities include:

✔️ Preparing and reviewing UK tax returns for secondees and transferees (UK & overseas)

✔️ Advising on secondments, remote working, tax residence, treaties and payroll

✔️ Delivering tax briefings to inbound and outbound employees

✔️ Supporting tax equalisation and mobility processes

✔️ Liaising with HMRC and external advisors

✔️ Assisting with employment tax matters (PSA, IR35)

💡 Who would this suit?

Someone with strong expatriate tax compliance experience from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, looking to make their first move in-house. A tax qualification and experience dealing with employment tax matters is preferred but not essential. You’ll need to be proactive, commercial and a confident communicator.

In return, you’ll get the opportunity to develop new skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
