I am working with a high-performing team, focused on Financial Services clients who are looking for an experienced Senior Manager with deep technical expertise in employment tax to join them. This is an opportunity to work on complex, multi-country projects in a dynamic environment where your contribution truly matters.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in delivering employment tax compliance and advisory services, driving business development, and mentoring junior team members. This position offers exposure to high-profile clients and the chance to influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
  • Deliver employment tax compliance and advisory services to clients.
  • Manage complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
  • Support and develop junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of key employment tax issues, including:
    • Expenses & Benefits (PSAs, P11Ds)
    • Employment Status (IR35, self-employed)
    • Payroll (PAYE, RTI, apprenticeship levy)
    • Construction Industry Scheme
    • Termination Payments, Pensions, NMW
    • HMRC audits and disclosures
  • Proven track record in project management and business development.
  • ATT and/or CTA qualifications (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
