Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver equity incentive and share plan solutions for clients across a broad range of industries.
  • Keep up to date with technical, functional, and market developments and share insights across the team.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal input and client presentations.
  • Lead complex, high‑profile consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and pragmatic commercial advice.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted client relationships.
  • Spot opportunities to deepen client engagements and contribute to account growth.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues on engagements.
  • Structure and oversee projects and programmes to ensure delivery exceeds expectations.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Significant experience in equity incentives / share plans within consultancy, legal, or corporate environments or experience in strong UK expatriate tax technical experience gained in a professional services environment.
  • Strong personal impact, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven business development experience – identifying, developing, and converting opportunities.
  • Strong project management capability and a track record of delivering high‑quality output.
  • Adaptable, tech‑curious mindset with openness to change.
  • Credible, professional, and confident in providing deep technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including data‑driven insights and practical solutions.
  • Focused on delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations.
  • Ability to overcome challenges and keep work moving forward.
  • Experience delegating to and developing junior team members.
  • Collaborative approach, able to bring teams together and motivate others.
  • Willingness to provide and receive constructive, timely feedback.
