Corporate FP&A Senior Manager
I’m partnering with a large global PE backed retailer on a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A Corporate role. This person will lead corporate financial planning activities, oversee company-wide capital planning, and provide strategic financial support to executive leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Corporate SG&A and enterprise-wide capital expenditures.
- Develop and maintain financial models, departmental budgets, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial performance, explain key variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner closely with Accounting and Finance teams on month-end close, expense management, and balance sheet oversight.
- Monitor key business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
- Prepare executive- and board-level reporting, presentations, and KPI analysis.
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a strong foundation in accounting.
- Experience managing corporate SG&A budgets and enterprise-wide capital expenditure planning.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Proven ability to support executive leadership through strategic financial insights and board-level reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, communication, and business partnering capabilities.
- Retail, consumer products, apparel, or related industry experience preferred.
- SAP/BPC experience is a plus.
