As CEO, Dave oversees the firm’s operations including personnel, services and markets. He ensures that GTM continues to provide exceptional client service, maintains a strong culture, and structures the firm for continued growth.
Prior to joining GTM, Dave held management positions in both tax and accounting for Smiths Group North America and GlaxoSmithKline. His extensive knowledge of Fortune 500 multinational organizations covers a wide spectrum of tax and finance functions including Federal, state, and international corporate income tax, ASC 740 Income Tax Accounting, sales/ use/VAT taxes, unclaimed property compliance, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, project management and database administration.
Dave is also a frequent speaker on both the local and national levels on topics ranging from tax accounting, innovation, and related technologies.
Tiffany Michelli

As the VP of Tax at Dave & Buster’s, Tiffany brings 20 years of multinational tax experience. Tiffany’s background includes a variety of industries, primarily focused on gaming, technology and entertainment.
Prior to joining Dave & Buster’s in August 2022, Tiffany was Senior Tax Director at Aristocrat Gaming Technologies. Before that, Tiffany was with Deloitte Tax where she served large multi-national corporations providing strategic tax planning, IRS and state controversy services, M&A and audited income tax provisions.
Tiffany is passionate about building dynamic teams, collaborating across business functions, and improving processes for both tax optimization and efficiency.
Kelli Pruet
Head of Tax

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Kelli has over 25 years in tax and accounting. She started her career in public accounting and has served as Head of Tax in various companies such as Zelis Healthcare, Fusion Connect, EarthLink Inc and more.
