Important fraud alert: phishing scam impersonating Brewer Morris

We’ve been made aware of a sophisticated phishing scam in which individuals are falsely claiming to represent Brewer Morris. This activity is entirely unaffiliated with our firm, and we are taking steps to address the issue.

What’s happening

Scammers are contacting people pretending to work for Brewer Morris and offering fraudulent job opportunities. They are doing this via channels including WhatsApp, email, telephone and LinkedIn InMail.  

Scammers are also posting fraudulent job advertisements on third-party websites.  

People who respond to these messages or adverts are then contacted and taken through a fake interview process. After falsely informing candidates that they have been successful, the scammer requests:
