VAT Consultant – 6 months (part time)

Senior VAT Manager is required for this interim VAT Consultant job in London which can be worked part time on a 3 or 4 days per week basis.

Reporting to the Group Tax Manager and focusing on UK VAT, the interim VAT Consultant will not be focused on BAU VAT tasks and will entirely look at the tasks around VAT for the business in order to create efficiencies. This will involve analysing the integration with the ERP system; evaluating the compliance processes and looking for efficiencies; looking at previous transactions for the correct VAT treatment.

Commencing in September, the anticipated duration is 6-9 months and involves being in the London office 1 day per week.

To be considered for this role it is required to have worked autonomously in VAT previously in order to demonstrate the responsibility and breadth of VAT experience. UK VAT experience is key, along with being able to start this role in September and committing to the duration.
