- Build strong relationships with Partners, fee‑earners and support teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in revenue, billing or working capital within a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
- Experience managing a team
- Confident communicator able to challenge, advise and de‑escalate when necessary.
