With constantly evolving tax legislation and clients’ shifting commercial priorities, the team tackles fresh challenges every day. If you’re looking for a role that keeps you engaged and offers real autonomy over your career, this is the place to grow.

Help shape our success

The corporate and transaction tax team comprises more than twenty specialists dedicated to delivering high‑quality transaction tax services to private equity firms and acquisitive corporates. As part of a team with a clear growth trajectory, your contribution will directly influence future success.

This role suits an experienced transaction tax professional confident in leading both buy‑side and sell‑side tax due diligence, as well as complex structuring projects. You’ll work closely with specialists across tax disciplines and with colleagues in Transaction Services. Technical excellence, commercial insight, and strong communication skills are essential.

We’re seeking someone with proven experience managing tax due diligence and structuring engagements, strong client relationship skills, familiarity with engagement risk processes, and relevant professional qualifications (CTA, ACA, or equivalent).

You’ll be valued for who you are, supported through flexible working, and encouraged to continually develop your expertise within a collaborative, people‑centred culture.
