Senior International Tax Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join a small but growing international tax team. This newly created role offers broad exposure across compliance, provision, planning, and transfer pricing, supporting global operations in 25+ countries. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review U.S. international tax filings (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118)
- Analyze Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits
- Support quarterly and annual global tax provision under ASC 740
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions
- Monitor international tax law changes and assess impact
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams
- Support tax audits and identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MST preferred)
- 3-5+ years of international tax experience
- Public accounting experience required (Big 4 preferred)
- Strong understanding of U.S. international tax rules
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and tax provision software a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with OECD guidelines and Pillar Two
- Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
- Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset
