Tyler Cehelnik leads our Southwest US tax practice, specializing in the recruitment of tax professionals and finance executives across Fortune 500 companies, large privately held organizations and high-growth businesses. Having started his recruitment career in 2020, he works closely with clients and candidates across the tax market, providing insight into hiring trends, compensation and talent strategy.
Tyler partners with organizations on critical hiring initiatives, advising on organizational structure, compensation benchmarking and market conditions. His relationship-led approach has enabled him to build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates throughout multiple stages of their careers.
In addition to his work at Brewer Morris, Tyler founded The Recruiter Collective, a community that brings recruitment professionals together to share best practice, exchange ideas and support the development of the profession.
Based in Orlando, Tyler leverages an extensive network and consultative approach to help organizations attract and retain high-calibre talent while supporting professionals in making informed long-term career decisions. He holds a degree from Michigan State University and brings a strong business and finance foundation to every search.
