Senior Tax Associate

The Senior Tax Associate will have the opportunity to lead as part of a highly skilled team across a broad range of domestic and international tax matters. With both a strong M&A tax practice and a well‑established tax planning, disputes, and advisory offering, the role involves a balanced mix of transactional and advisory work. It is ideally suited to someone with a wide‑ranging background in corporate tax who can apply strong technical skills to diverse and complex challenges.

A key feature of the position is the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice. A strong appreciation of clients’ business contexts and the practical realities underlying tax issues is essential.

Team members also play a central role in business development. You will contribute to shaping and implementing the wider business development strategy, helping to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.

Skills and Experience Required

* Qualified solicitor, chartered tax advisor or chartered accountant with strong UK tax experience

* Broad experience across planning, advisory and transactional tax

* Excellent technical ability and growth potential

* Strong communication skills and a client‑focused, proactive mindset

* Interest in business development and working within a diverse, high‑performing team

* Base salary £market leading from £160,000
