Employment Tax Senior Manager
A leading advisory firm is looking for an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager to join its award‑winning Global Mobility team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do advisory work within a collaborative, people‑focused environment. The current team of 4 focuses on a broad range of clients, typically SMEs. It benefits from a steady flow of work from the wider firm so whilst business development will be a key part of this position, the role does not come with unrealistic targets.
The Role
- Deliver high‑quality employment tax compliance and advisory services
- Act as a key client contact
- Support, supervise and develop junior team members
- Conduct technical research and provide clear, practical advice
- Lead on operational activities e.g. billing, resource allocation etc.
About You
- CTA‑qualified (or equivalent) with strong post‑qualification experience
- Solid employment tax experience
- Client‑focused, collaborative, and confident managing people
