International Tax Senior Manager – 6 months

International Tax Senior Manager interim tax job, FULLY REMOTE WORKING IN THE UK, interim tax job, requires an experienced International Tax Senior Manager or Tax Director, who has a transfer pricing background.

Reporting to the Head of Tax and supporting the newly appointed Deputy Head of Tax, the interim International Tax Manager will have an emphasis on transfer pricing whilst also working on a variety of tax projects which all have an international tax aspect. The business trade in a highly sought after commodity, which involves working with a variety of interesting jurisdictions.

Projects to be focused on within this position include:

Transfer Pricing – reviewing the existing arrangements and intercompany transactions to make recommendations for improvements. In addition, work on the documentation to ensure it is complete for deadlines.

Audit & Risk – support on local and global tax audits.

Cross-functional Collaboration – work with finance and business facing teams on transfer pricing processes and requirements.

International Tax Projects – support on Pillar 2 and CBCR requirements.

To be considered for this position it is essential to have a transfer pricing background, combined with a broader international tax experience. It is advantageous to have previously worked remotely, or to have a tenure of experience which supports being able to work comfortably alone.
