International Tax Manager
Our client is a leading multinational business searching for an International Tax Manager to join the in-house tax team on a remote basis.
As an International Tax Manager, you will report to the Senior International Tax Manager and provide support for the acquired sub-groups within Europe. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee both tax compliance and transfer pricing compliance activities for the European acquired sub-group of companies.
- Get involved in various ad hoc regional tax advisory projects, including M&A activity, corporate structuring, and cash repatriation.
- Provide support and guidance to regional colleagues by answering tax queries from the business.
- Deliver value-adding tax support and ensure the timely completion of projects for various stakeholders.
- Management and mitigation of withholding tax costs to the group and management of process acting as a contact point for the business in connection with withholding taxes.
To be considered, you should ideally be CTA, ACA, ACCA, or ADIT qualified with international tax experience. Transfer pricing experience is advantageous but not essential. Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential.
In return, you will receive a salary package of £75,000-£85,000 depending on experience plus a discretionary bonus and a host of benefits. This is a remote working opportunity with occasional in-person tax team meetings.
