The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Income Tax Manager to join our global tax team based in Southlake, Texas. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely income tax accounting and compliance, with a strong emphasis on U.S. international tax matters, ASC 740 and transfer pricing. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to help manage the complexities of a multinational tax environment.

Income Tax Accounting (ASC 740):

  • Manage the quarterly and annual global income tax provision process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 740.
  • Review and analyze tax accounts, temporary differences, uncertain tax positions, and valuation allowances.
  • Partner with external reporting team to support the tax provision related disclosure review and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with foreign accounting and tax teams and review foreign tax provision on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance for all tax accounting processes.

U.S. International Tax Compliance & Planning:

  • Lead the preparation of U.S. international tax calculations, including GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, and foreign tax credits.
  • Collaborate with outsourced 3rd party team on reporting of international operations for U.S. tax purposes (Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8991, 8992, etc.).
  • Collaborate with outsourced 3rd party team on transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting.
  • Support foreign entity tax compliance, repatriation planning, and cash tax optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of new international tax legislation and global tax reform initiatives (OECD Pillar Two, etc.) and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with transfer pricing related projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Partner with FP&A, accounting, and legal teams at the global headquarter as well as local teams in the APAC and EMEA countries to ensure tax implications are properly reflected in financial statements and business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in global tax reporting systems, data management, and automation.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills, and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CPA and MST preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate income tax, with a mix of public accounting and large multinational corporate experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. international tax provisions (GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, FTCs, BEAT).
  • Experience with multinational consolidation, global provision software (e.g., OneSource, CorpTax, etc.), and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities with a detail-oriented and process-improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship nor or in the future.
