Group Tax Manager – 6 months
Group Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires a Group Tax Manager who has corporate tax compliance and partnership tax compliance experience for this Group Tax Manager interim tax job in London.
Operating in a stand alone tax capacity, reporting to a Director of Finance, and working for a fascinating and truly global business, the interim Group Tax Manager will be in this City of London office 4 days per week and will cover the following areas:
- Manage the outsourced corporate tax and partnership tax compliance with advisors globally.
- Review the returns and liaise with the advisors on queries.
- Ensure the Partner’s tax returns are accurate and liaise with advisors on queries.
- Liaise with HMRC.
- Support on transfer pricing and thin capitalisation issues.
The successful applicant will have the breadth of tax experience across corporate tax and partnership tax, with transfer pricing and additional taxes being advantageous. You will be immediately available or soon to be available, and will be able to demonstrate experience of working autonomously. Having previously worked in an international organisation will be of huge benefit within this role.
