Finance Manager

We’re working with a leading law firm to appoint a Finance Manager in Frankfurt. This is a broad, visible role with strong exposure across Europe and genuine stakeholder access.
Key responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day finance operations in Frankfurt
Ensure compliance with local, national, and tax regulations
Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, tax, pricing, and operations
Drive process improvements and strengthen controls across European teams
Oversee billing, collections, and client invoicing
Manage cashflow, reporting, and general ledger activity
Support audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
Your profile
Finance degree + professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA) or equivalent
6+ years’ experience in finance
Background in professional services / legal / Big 4 (preferred)
Must be fluent in German and Emglish
Strong stakeholder management and commercial mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
