Finance Director
We are supporting a Dubai-based professional services business with the appointment of a Finance Director. As the firm’s senior finance leader, you will take ownership of the finance function across its international operations, covering financial reporting, planning, cash and working capital, controls, compliance and the overall effectiveness of finance operations.
- Lead finance across the firm’s international offices, ensuring strong governance and financial discipline.
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidation and balance sheet integrity.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to support growth.
- Manage liquidity, banking, funding and multi-currency requirements.
- Strengthen working capital through effective collections and debtor management.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
We are looking for an established, qualified finance leader with 12-15+ years’ experience, including significant time operating at a senior leadership level.
You will ideally have built your career within professional services, Big Four advisory or a comparable international business.
