Direct Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires an experienced Corporate Tax Manager who has real estate tax experience for this interim tax job in London.

Supporting the tax function from October for a 6-8 months period, this role can be worked on a 3, 4 or 5 days per week basis with the duties performed adapted to the working arrangement of the successful applicant.

The core focus of the role will involve completing the UK corporate tax returns and coordinating the year-end tax reporting process with the wider finance team. Transfer pricing calculations are a requirement of the role, working with the finance team on their allocation. Where capacity allows, tax support on deal activity and other projects involving Pillar Two and e-invoicing will be welcomed.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have UK corporate tax compliance experience within the real estate sector and to have experience, or an interest, in broader direct tax duties.
