Shape the UK’s most exciting transactions

Are you a tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced deal environment? We’re partnering with a market-leading Deal Advisory Tax team that advises corporates, private equity, infrastructure and real estate investors on some of the UK’s most high-profile transactions.

This is an opportunity to work on acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, refinancings and international transactions ranging from £10m to multi-billion-pound deals, while developing your profile in a collaborative and highly successful team.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors, providing strategic tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle and helping clients maximise value from their investments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical advice on UK and international tax matters.
  • Analysing tax risks and opportunities and presenting commercial recommendations to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, legal advisers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting business development activities, proposals and client pitches.
  • Leading project delivery across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Collaborating with specialists across the UK and global network.

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who possess:

  • CTA, ACA, CA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally gained within practice or a transactions environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading projects and managing multiple deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in M&A, private equity and transaction-related advisory work.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.

Why Apply?

  • Work on market-leading UK and international transactions.
  • Exposure to private equity, infrastructure, real estate and FTSE-listed clients.
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing team.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
  • Collaborative culture focused on learning, development and career growth.
