Corporate Development Director

I am currently hiring a Corporate Development Director role based in Riyadh. Whilst the role will be initially remote working, the successful candidate will be supported in relocating to Saudi Arabia.

The main responsibilites are:

· Identify strategic business opportunities and growth initiatives to advance the Group’s portfolio

· Manage company strategy and M&A initiatives from inception to completion, with a specific focus on the gaming industry

· Oversee C-suite, Executive/Investment Committee, and Board presentations, reports, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy

· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance market positioning, operational efficiency, and revenue growth

· Conduct in-depth industry analysis, including trends in gaming, streaming, content production, and digital transformation

· Source and manage research and industry data to support market analysis and business development
