The Corporate Accounting Manager will lead critical accounting operations for U.S. entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role is central to the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, overseeing consolidations, managing accounts receivable and collections, and serving as the primary liaison for audits. You’ll collaborate with tax teams, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights to leadership to help drive decisions that fuel growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in complexity, brings strong technical expertise, and enjoys partnering across functions to improve processes and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules for U.S. operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. * Oversee consolidation activities, including foreign currency translation, intercompany reconciliations, and eliminations.

* Prepare internal management reports and provide analysis on sales, COGS, and other key metrics.

* Direct billing and accounts receivable collections to optimize cash flow. * Ensure compliance with SOX controls and act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits.

* Collaborate with tax teams and external advisors to meet statutory and governance requirements.

* Support company-wide forecasting and deliver ad hoc financial analysis to advance strategic priorities.

What You’ll Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or MBA preferred. CPA strongly preferred.

* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.

* Public accounting experience (Big 4 or similar) highly desirable.

* Expertise in consolidations and reporting for multi-entity organizations.

* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

* Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and present complex financial information clearly.
