Audit Senior Associate
The Role
We’re looking for a qualified auditor to join a specialist Film, TV & Video Games team based in London. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients across the entertainment industry.
You’ll work alongside Managers, Directors and Partners, supporting a diverse client base that includes major film studios, streaming platforms, independent production companies, video game developers, financiers, post-production businesses and other industry service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Alongside core audit and accounts work, you’ll gain exposure to a range of specialist industry projects, including:
- Preparing and reviewing BFI certificate applications
- Preparing production expenditure analyses for tax return purposes
- Producing tax credit and expenditure estimates for upcoming productions and games
- Auditing production cost reports for film, TV and co-production projects
- Preparing and auditing funding applications and financial reports
About the Team
You’ll be joining a well-established specialist team with extensive experience in the Film, TV and Video Games sector. The team structure provides excellent support and development opportunities, with exposure to colleagues at all levels from trainees through to partners.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Previous experience within audit and accounts practice
- Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge
- Able to apply technical expertise to complex client situations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Takes ownership of work and delivers to a high standard
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and developing others
- Proactive problem solver with a commercial mindset
- Committed to providing an excellent client experience
