The Accounts Payable Manager will lead the AP function for U.S. operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reporting. This role is critical to maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing cash flow, and driving process improvements as the company transitions to new systems and scales globally. You’ll manage a team, collaborate across departments, and implement best practices to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice entry, approvals, and payment execution.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls.

* Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.

* Lead AP team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.

* Partner with procurement, accounting, and operations teams to streamline workflows.

* Support system upgrades and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

* Prepare AP-related reports and metrics for leadership review.

* Assist with month-end close activities and provide audit support as needed.

What You’ll Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable

* Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.

* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage competing priorities.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
