Tyler leads the Brewer Morris’ Southwest US industry tax practice, specializing in the recruitment of tax professionals for Fortune 500 companies, large privately held organizations and high-growth businesses. With nearly eight years of recruiting experience, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to both hiring leaders and tax professionals navigating an increasingly competitive talent market.
He partners with organizations on critical tax hires, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational structure, compensation benchmarking and market trends. His relationship-focused approach enables him to build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike, many of whom he has worked with throughout multiple stages of their careers.
Based in our Orlando office, Tyler leverages a deep network within the tax community and a consultative recruiting approach to help companies build effective tax teams while supporting professionals in making informed, long-term career decisions. He holds a degree from Michigan State University and brings a strong business and finance foundation to every search assignment.
