Based in Dubai, Eli specialises in recruitment and executive search across the Middle East. He focuses on finance, audit, tax and treasury appointments across all sectors and industries. He partners with organisations to identify and secure high-calibre talent from senior management through to executive level.

Before joining Brewer Morris, Eli held leadership positions in the industry across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand, building extensive experience in finance recruitment. His background includes managing recruitment teams, supporting RPO solutions and delivering senior and executive-level search mandates across multiple international markets.
