Treasury Manager
Brewer Morris are supporting a leading UK digital insurer with the search for a Treasury Manager. As part of an ambitious organisational transformation, this business is investing in people, technology, and leadership to build a world-class function in the next 18 months.
This is a senior role focused on liquidity monitoring, treasury reporting, and systems oversight, including the implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).
Responsibilities:
- Lead liquidity monitoring and ensure financial commitments are met
- Deliver accurate month-end close and board-level treasury reporting
- Drive improvements in controls, documentation, and reporting
- Support front and back office operations
- Act as SME for the TMS implementation
- Collaborate across Finance, Risk, and IT
- Represent Treasury in audits and regulatory reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid treasury experience, ideally in a middle office role
- AMCT qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of CASS 5, FX, interest accruals, and controls
- Experience with treasury systems and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, TM1)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Change leadership and coaching experience in a regulated environment
What’s On Offer:
- Competitive salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
- Annual bonus scheme
- Hybrid working model (flexible, across two locations – London and/or East Sussex)
