Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager – London (Hybrid)
We are working with a well-established and internationally connected accountancy firm to recruit a Transfer Pricing Manager or Senior Manager for their London office. This is a strategic hire within a growing tax division that offers exposure to high-profile clients and complex cross-border work.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end transfer pricing services, including:
- Designing and implementing transfer pricing policies across various transaction types (goods, services, IP, financing).
- Preparing and reviewing documentation (Master Files, Local Files, benchmarking studies, CbCR).
- Advising on intercompany financing, thin capitalisation, and operational testing.
- Supporting dispute resolution, APA/MAP cases, and tax authority enquiries.
- Collaborating with other tax specialists on broader international tax issues (e.g. PE risk, VAT/customs, withholding tax).
- Managing junior staff and contributing to their development.
What You’ll Bring
- Ideally you will have ACA/CTA/ADIT or equivalent qualifications in Law, accounting or Tax
- Proven experience in transfer pricing from a practice or industry background.
- Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and international tax principles.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to non-specialists.
- Excellent report writing and project management skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior team members.
