Brewer Morris is exclusively partnering with high-growth tech business to search for a Tax Manager to lead the tax function in London.

In this successful business, you will report to Finance Director and play a pivotal role in partnering with the business across all areas of tax.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Lead global tax management and coordination across the group
  • Develop and maintain tax governance and risk frameworks (SAO, CCO)
  • Provide practical, commercially focused tax advice to senior leadership
  • Act as key liaison with external advisors and group tax colleagues
  • Manage UK Corporation Tax processes and filings
  • Oversee transfer pricing policy and documentation
  • Lead R&D tax credit claims with tech and product teams
  • Ensure VAT compliance and advise on new product implications
  • Handle employment tax matters including P11Ds, PSAs, and share schemes
  • Support group-level filings (CIR, CBCR, Pillar 2) and HMRC relationship
  • Oversee international tax compliance across US, Australia, and Europe
  • Manage payroll tax compliance in collaboration with People and payroll teams
  • Coordinate transfer pricing reviews with external advisors
  • Advise on tax implications of international secondments
  • Own tax accounting and reporting under IFRS, including year-end and quarterly provisions

To be considered, you should ideally be ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualified with tax knowledge across UK corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and R&D tax. Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential.

Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship and is only open to candidates in the UK.

In return, you will receive a salary of £80,000-£100,000 plus a flexible fund, benefits, and bonus. The finance team follow a hybrid pattern of 1-2 days in the London office.
