ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calculate quarterly interim forecasted pre-tax book income by legal entity for tax provision.
  • Initial review of outsourced quarterly tax provisions for US and international locations.
  • Quarterly rollforward of foreign tax credit workbook.
  • Prepare tax account rollforward schedules and tie-out to income tax entries.
  • Gather and organize cash tax payment receipts, including foreign tax receipts.
  • Gather relevant information and draft SOX memoranda.
  • Maintain tax compliance calendars for US and international returns.
  • Gather tax data for outsourced US tax return compliance.
  • Prepare Forms 1042/1042-S and FBAR.
  • Initial review of outsourced US, international, and state tax returns.
  • Review of transfer pricing JE’s prepared by Accounting group and tie-out to GL.
  • Prepare monthly tax JE’s.
  • Prepare quarterly US estimated and extension tax payments.
  • Extract accounting data from SAP/OneStream as needed.
  • Maintain Tax Department budget accruals and expenditures.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5+ years’ similar experience.
  • ASC 740.US partnership and corporate tax compliance.
  • International tax.
  • MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
  • ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • CPA Preferred.
