Regional Financial Controller
A leading global real estate group-and a true disruptor in the industry-is seeking a highly experienced Regional Financial Controller to join its high-performing finance team. With a strong international footprint, this role will focus on the EMEA region, overseeing both local and remote teams.
Based in the heart of London on a hybrid working model, this is a pivotal opportunity to join a business in rapid growth mode. We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded finance leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insight across a complex, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of financial operations across all EMEA entities
- Lead monthly financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and performance reviews
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning
- Oversee audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings
- Partner with tax and treasury teams to ensure timely payments and filings
- Manage debt, capital calls, and covenant monitoring
- Lead and develop a regional finance team across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global finance to support strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong technical and commercial finance expertise
- Proven experience in a real estate or asset-heavy environment, ideally with international exposure
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-cultural, remote teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
