A leading global real estate group-and a true disruptor in the industry-is seeking a highly experienced Regional Financial Controller to join its high-performing finance team. With a strong international footprint, this role will focus on the EMEA region, overseeing both local and remote teams.

Based in the heart of London on a hybrid working model, this is a pivotal opportunity to join a business in rapid growth mode. We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded finance leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insight across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of financial operations across all EMEA entities
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and performance reviews
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning
  • Oversee audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings
  • Partner with tax and treasury teams to ensure timely payments and filings
  • Manage debt, capital calls, and covenant monitoring
  • Lead and develop a regional finance team across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global finance to support strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical and commercial finance expertise
  • Proven experience in a real estate or asset-heavy environment, ideally with international exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-cultural, remote teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
