Manager – Real Estate Tax
A leading accountancy firm is seeking a Real Estate Tax Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a strategic growth area within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across the real estate sector, delivering both advisory and compliance services. You’ll play a key role in transactional work, including tax structuring and due diligence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex tax advisory projects and compliance assignments.
- Leading tax structuring and due diligence for M&A activity.
- Coordinating specialist tax advisory work (e.g., VAT, Stamp Taxes, Capital Allowances).
- Supporting international tax projects through global networks.
- Mentoring junior staff and acting as a line manager.
- Contributing to business development and practice growth.
About You
You’re a technically strong tax professional with experience in the real estate sector. You’re commercially minded, client-focused, and confident managing both projects and people.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- UK corporate tax experience, ideally within a real estate-focused team.
- Strong understanding of specialist taxes relevant to real estate.
- Proven project and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
