My client is a highly respected Top 10 Accountancy Practice currently expanding their Cardiff-based Audit team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and budgeting for audit assignments
  • Delegate tasks, mentor junior team members, and review their work
  • Deliver high-quality audit engagements with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Build strong client relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Support final reporting and post-audit follow-up processes

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of FRS 101, FRS 102, UK GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
  • Background in a regional practice, ideally with SME client exposure
  • Based in or commutable to Cardiff
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for professional development
