Role Overview

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to join their London office. This role is primarily compliance-focused, with the opportunity to contribute to advisory work depending on your interests. You will manage a portfolio of clients, lead complex projects, and support the development of junior staff, while working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver corporate tax compliance services to a wide range of clients
  • Manage client portfolios and ensure timely delivery of services in line with statutory deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Identify and escalate risks in accordance with the firm’s quality control procedures
  • Support Partners and lead a team of tax professionals
  • Oversee compliance for large corporate groups
  • Draft detailed client reports and lead complex tax projects
  • Review technical and financial assessments prepared by team members
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • CTA qualified
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Proven management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • International tax knowledge
  • Experience mentoring junior staff
  • Commercial awareness and interest in advisory work
