Role Overview
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to join their London office. This role is primarily compliance-focused, with the opportunity to contribute to advisory work depending on your interests. You will manage a portfolio of clients, lead complex projects, and support the development of junior staff, while working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate tax compliance services to a wide range of clients
- Manage client portfolios and ensure timely delivery of services in line with statutory deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Identify and escalate risks in accordance with the firm’s quality control procedures
- Support Partners and lead a team of tax professionals
- Oversee compliance for large corporate groups
- Draft detailed client reports and lead complex tax projects
- Review technical and financial assessments prepared by team members
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- CTA qualified
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Proven management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- International tax knowledge
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Commercial awareness and interest in advisory work
