Payment Operations Manager
As Payment Ops Manager, you’ll lead back-office payment processing and support the Head of FX by ensuring accurate transaction execution, reconciliation, and documentation. You’ll also assist with customer inquiries and collaborate with product and engineering to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily payments; manage settlements and partner interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor operational metrics.
- Support front-office operations and handle payment-related customer queries.
- Contribute to audit and compliance reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements with product and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Your Profile
- Experience in back-office operations, or similar roles.
- Fintech or international payments background is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and calm under pressure.
- French speaking would be desirable.
