An established professional services firm is seeking a US/UK Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join its specialist dual-handling tax team. With a collaborative culture and deep technical expertise, this team supports both UK and US individuals and businesses, helping them manage earnings and reduce liabilities across borders.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing both compliance and advisory services across UK and US tax matters. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the team’s growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing up to 150 clients, delegating tasks and consulting with Directors where needed
  • Delivering tailored tax advice on complex UK/US tax issues
  • Providing technical guidance and contributing to knowledge sharing
  • Supporting client pitches and business development initiatives

This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified (Enrolled Agent / ATT) tax professional with experience in both UK and US tax returns. You’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid working model, clear progression, and a supportive team environment.
